Returns Policy
RETURN/REFUND POLICY & ELIGIBILITY

Our refund policy is effective for 15 days after the date of purchase. If this time period has lapsed, Instinctive Direction is unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return/refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require and may request a copy of original proof of purchase.

If you are missing any pieces to your order please contact us within 5 business days to report the missing pieces, and we will then process your request. Should we have the item in stock we will ship immediately to you. This process can take up to 14 days depending on availability.

Requests for Returns:
Due to the nature of certain items, we do not accept returns for any reason. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please email us immediately at: info@instinctivedirectiom.com.

Damaged Items:
If items arrive damaged, we reserve the right to replace the damaged items or send out a new item to satisfy the order.

Cancelled Items:
Transactions already processed that are cancelled after 24 hours incur a 4.5% transaction fee charged by our credit card companies.

Shipment:
We do not reimburse any shipping charges to or from you the customer. Products will be delivered unless customer cancels their order prior to shipment. Once the item has shipped out, any cancellation will be treated as a return and will incur all shipping charges.
International Customers:

Non-refundable items: Several types of goods may be exempt from being returned. Non-returnable items include:
Health and personal care items, including essential oil roller blends
Items where receipt and handling may compromise product for reselling purposes, including Baltic Amber jewellery
Sale items: Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges: Exchanges may be granted at the discretion of Instinctive Direction. If you need to exchange for the same item, please contact us at hello@tinytonics.com.au for a return address.
Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the original payment method of purchase.

RETURN/REFUND PROCEDURE
To arrange a return of your product, please contact us at info@instinctivedirection.com.au for a return address. Return shipping costs are payable by the returnee. If you are shipping an item over $75, we encourage the use of a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are unable to guarantee that we will receive your returned item and non-receipt will void return/refund eligibility. We also encourage thoughtful and safe packaging for return shipping; in the case of damages or conditions otherwise rendering the product unfit for resale, return/refund eligibility will also be considered void.
Upon receipt by Instinctive Direction, your returned products will be inspected to ensure that they have arrived in good order and free of damage. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund, subject to the returned product being received in its original, undamaged condition.
If your refund is approved and processed, you will be notified by email and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that this may take several days to clear with your payment provider after being processed by Instinctive Direction.
Shipping costs paid are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total order value for the purpose of refund processing.
In the event that your return and refund is not approved, you will be contacted to discuss options and redelivery of non-returnable goods, payable by the returnee.
